I wonder sometimes if something about me is a bit off [okay I wonder that way more than somtimes and also not generally about this but anyway] in a dog baby I find that smack totally endearing but in a human baby? Eh I would rather be ironing.

The puppy will NEVER grow up to point out your inadequacies, resent you for taking time for yourself, or act entitled to college tuition. I think you’re quite sane, really.
Babies have gummy smiles that are endearing. Smacking is the pup equivalent of that.
