libation city
I am off to the store for libations.
One of my workshoppers just wrote —
Fade Out.
The two most beautiful words in the English language.

Mazal Tov!
PEZ.
amm
Pez?
LOL!
Anita some day I have to get you a copy of Psycho Funky Chimp, a script about a basement geek defending his collector pez dispenser.
“Fade Out.
The two most beautiful words in the English language.”
For a variety of reasons of course. What comes to my mind is the ending of Before Sunset. Cinema magic. (not quite up to the standards of Psycho Funky Chimp, but still a great movie)
I think what should come to your mind is congratulations on a script finished.
A script about PEZ?
Okay…this I have to see.
At first I thought you were making fun of someone in your workshop. If you finished a script, that’s great! Congratulations.
I’m just finishing two scripts, one a Family Dramedy and the other a Thriller. Both major cash cows!
I am a teacher and mentor. I would never do that.
Priorities, priorities. What libations did you get?
Vodka. Yay!
Flavored?
Oh I am traditional I like vodka the old fashioned way. Straight on ice with no fruity additives.
It’s the Eastern European in you. One day I must try Zubrovka, but I’m not brave enough yet.
I’m curious. What’s so special about Zubrovka? Is there caviar at the bottom?
I’ll drink plain vodka frozen and neat when I’m desperate. But regardless of the way it’s dressed up, it’s got to be high end stuff.
Well yeah you cannot drink well vodka straight ugh.
