Pretty cool. Worth 1000 held a comp where artists took vintage movie star prints and turned them into manga images. My fave is Garbo. [Garbo is often my fave so this is not surprising but I really like how she turned out so it is not just Garbo bias talking there — says the woman with the Garbo bias.]

Well done! I love the tat. Keaton’s bug eyes are great too. Curiously absent though is Marilyn Monroe.
I loved the first one of Lucy; not funny or perky AT ALL. I can’t stop looking at them, thanks for bringing them to me.
Going through all those pictures [the originals] I couldn’t help but gasp at the beauty and charm of Natalie Wood [Natalia Nikolaevna Zakharenko].
What a wonderful woman. What an impossible void she left.
Aren’t they great?
I’m writing an essay on all that is blonde and beautiful (or not) and came acrross your webpage. I would like to site these meanderings in my project. I hope that’s ok. I am a mature student of Film Arts in the UK….Thankyou for all interest in Blonde things, especially film related..Yvonne
Um, that is kind of weird Twinkle but you do not have to ask permission to cite sources you just have to engage fair use practice when using excerpts. Good luck.
