Max Adams is a prior Nicholl, Austin, and America's Best winner and a produced and working screenwriter. Her students and workshoppers include Nicholl Fellowship winners, Screenwriting Expo winners, Disney Fellowship winners, Warner Bros. competition winners and working and produced writers. She has lectured at Austin Film Festival, Squaw Valley Community of Writers, New York Film Academy, Gotham Writer's Workshop, The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences and UCLA and is a prior WGA West online mentor. She is also the author of The Screenwriter's Survival Guide: Or Guerrilla Meeting Tactics and Other Acts of War and the founder of the online screenwriting workshop 5150.
Notes are 10-15 pages in length -- length varies depending on the work analyzed and cover concept, structure, plot, pacing, locations, tension, tone, theme, visuals, character, dialogue, voice, style, originality, motion, genre, presentation and any other issues specific to and important in addressing the work being analyzed.
